Grips is a young male black-capped capuchin rescued by Wild Futures in February 2010. Grips is shy around humans and new monkeys alike but he is learning to make friends quickly!

Jackie is a female black-capped capuchin. She was rescued by the Monkey Sanctuary from living in a small enclosure with two other monkeys but now rules her capuchin group as the dominant female!

Joey is a black-capped capuchin. He was rescued by the Monkey Sanctuary when his owner abandoned him. Joey was left permenantly disabled after living in a cage measuring 6ft/3ft/3ft for 9 years, and never seeing natural sunlight.

Mario is a young adult Barbary macaque. Mario was originally found in Paris, abandoned, tied to a lampost. Since coming to the Sanctuary Mario has established himself as the boss of the macaque group and he is a patient and courageous leader!
