Wild Futures:
Protecting Primates and Habitats Worldwide
Hopefully, you will have already heard about the exciting news… The Monkey Sanctuary Trust has a new name; Wild Futures! Our new image won’t affect how we work, or what we dedicate our time to. We will still be focusing our expertise in the key areas we have championed for nearly 45 years; offering the highest level of care to our monkey residents, campaigning to end the pet trade in primates in the UK and abroad, providing environmental education programmes, and supporting worthwhile conservation projects overseas. With our new look we hope to expand on all of these areas; raise more funds, reach more supporters and make an even bigger impact on improving welfare and contributing to the conservation of primates worldwide.
Have a look at our newly-launched website on
www.wildfutures.org to find out more about our plans and please let us know if you have any comments, queries or concerns; as the people that know us best, your opinion is important to us, and we want to hear from you.
For those of you that want to visit Peppy, Joey or Ollie and friends next open season, we have kept the Monkey Sanctuary website (
www.monkeysanctuary.org) where you will find all the information you need to plan your visit. The Monkey Sanctuary website will remain separate from Wild Futures’, which we hope will make it easier for you to plan a visit and find out about what is going on at the Sanctuary. Thank you for joining us on the next step of our journey, which has seen the Monkey Sanctuary go from strength-to-strength; from humble beginnings as a family-run rescue centre, to the leading conservation and welfare organization with a world-renowned reputation for excellence that it is today. With your continued support, we will keep striving towards a safe, healthy, and wild future for all primates worldwide.
