This website contains links to other websites. These links are provided for our customers' use and convienience. The presence of such links on this website however, does not constitute an endorsement of those websites or the materials they may contain by The Monkey Sanctuary .  Any use of such links or such websites is entirely at the customer's own discretion and risk.
 
This site may be updated and managed by The Monkey Sanctuary at any time, and the Sanctuary may, from time to time, need to suspend the operation of this site in order to complete these actions. The Sanctuary apologises for any inconvience caused.

The Monkey Sanctuary reserves the right to change and update these terms and conditions and will try to notify customers of any large changes by notification on the site itself. Customers are bound by the present terms and conditions when browsing the site. It is therefore advised to read over those terms and conditions when visiting the site.
 
Personal Information
Personal information entered on this site will not be used for any purpose other than completing purchases made with The Monkey Sanctuary . The Sanctuary respects the privacy of its customers and will not share personal information with any third party. Should a customer wish to sign up to recieve further information from the Monkey Sanctuary or its shop, such as e-mails or newsletters, then that is entirely at the discretion of the customer.  
The Monkey Sanctuary shop reserves the right to keep customer information securely for the purposes of good general customer services. 
 
A Note on Fair Trade Products
The Monkey Sanctuary shop buys from suppliers with ethical means and methods of production and a large quantity of its goods are Fair Trade crafts. Since most of these items are handmade, and not made on a production line, there may be small variations in colour or appearance on items ordered. These variations are slight, but should any customer be unhappy with a purchase they are able to return any item within 14 days and should read over the Returns and Refunds section of this document for further details.
 
Sales
You are allowed to purchase goods from this site provided that you accept the terms of sale included in this document. If you do not accept the terms of sale then do not purchase from this site.

Sales will always be conducted on a payment first basis.

This site is managed by Wild Futures/ The Monkey Sanctuary ; all proceeds from sales on this site will go towards the work of Wild Futures and The Monkey Sanctuary in rescuing and rehabilitating primate victims of the UK pet trade, campaign work and educational work. Purchasing from this Site
You may purchase goods from this site using the Paypal payment system in place. However, if you would prefer to pay by another method then these options are avaliable to you:
1. Purchase by credit/debit card by calling 01503 262 532 and placing your order over the phone. We can accept all credit and debit cards except for American Express or Diner Cards. We apologise for any inconvienience caused.
2. Purchase by cheque or postal order for the full order amount and posting the cheque/postal order to Gemma Lawrence, shop manager, The Monkey Sanctuary , nr Looe, Cornwall, PL13 1NZ. Cheques must be made payable to The Monkey Sanctuary or to Wild Futures.
3. Emailing an order to gemma_lawrence@wildfutures.org and arranging a payment method via email.
 
 Product Pricing
The Monkey Sanctuary shop strives to offer affordable ethically produced products and giftwares. The Monkey Sanctuary may change the prices of items from time to time and reserves the right to do so. All prices are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) and delivery charges may be found when the customer reaches the 'checkout' stage of the purchasing procedure. All prices are in Pounds Sterling.
 
Stock Avaliability
The Monkey Sanctuary shop works to ensure that all goods displayed on the website are in stock, however, sometimes an item may be out of stock when ordered. Should this occur, the shop manager will contact you within five working days to arrange either a later shipping date, a replacement item or a refund.

Delivery
Delivery is by standard 1st class royal mail postage and goods are usually shipped out within 3 working days. Please do however allow 14 days maximum for delivery . If you require faster postage then please contact the shop manager on 01503 262 532 to arrange a faster method of postage and arrange payment of any further cost that this may incur. 

All items from an order will normally be sent together in one package unless any part of the order is unavaliable, or unless requested otherwise.

Please note that we can only accept one postal address per order; should you wish to send some items to another party then you will have to make a seperate order to do this. 

If your order has not arrived within 14 days of ordering, or is damaged in transit,  then please contact Gemma Lawrence on gemma_lawrence@wildfutures.org or 01503 262 532. 
 
Returns and Refunds
The Monkey Sanctuary wants you to be happy with your purchases from its shop, if however an order/item arrives and you are not happy with it then returns are avaliable within 14 days of purchase. Please contact the shop manager first to arrange a return either on 01503 262 532 or gemma_lawrence@wildfutures.org. The shop manager will arrange a refund of the item, or a replacement to the same value. 
 
Should you wish to return an item then that item must be returned within 14 days, in new and unused condition and preferably in its original packaging. For faulty goods the time period for returns is 3 months, but you should contact the shop manager first to arrange a return and refund/replacement to ensure that this process goes as smoothly, and as quickly, as possible.
 
Cancellations
You have the legal right to cancel an order within 7 days of the day you received the goods, as long as the goods are in new, unused condition and are in their original packaging together with a  copy of your reciept. Please return to Gemma Lawrence, The Monkey Sanctuary, Nr Looe, Cornwall, PL13 1NZ. Please ring or email first to ensure that your return and refund/replacement goes as smoothly as possible.
